Ottawa Birth Community is all about helping to support you through this journey!

We are there through your pregnancy and the first year postpartum with education, support and friendship when you are feeling unsure or alone.

Pregnancy Pals is our group for support during your pregnancy and our *yet to be named* parenting group is there for you during the first year after birth.

Membership is $15/month or $150 for a whole year!

There will be 3 meetings per month virtually and 1 per month will be in person. Some meetings will include guest speakers, some will be peer-to-peer support. Every 6 months members will be invited to take part in a mini-photo session to help mark their milestones.
