My husband and I hired [Ottawa Birth] to be our doula for the delivery of our baby boy. At first, we weren’t sure whether hiring a doula was the way to go, and I am so glad that we did.

TENS Machine
TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation.
It is a small, handheld machine that attaches to 4 small pads that stick to your lower back. The small pads then transmit small and safe electrical currents through your skin. It feels like a tingle or buzz while it’s happening but some people do describe it as a bit of a pinch.

Rental of a Birth Pool In A Box Eco Pro or La Bassine Professional Pool and all the accessories you need.
Delivery is included within the Ottawa area around 38 weeks as well as pick up when you are done.
