TENS Machine
TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation.
It is a small, handheld machine that attaches to 4 small pads that stick to your lower back. The small pads then transmit small and safe electrical currents through your skin. It feels like a tingle or buzz while it’s happening but some people do describe it as a bit of a pinch.

Rental of a Birth Pool In A Box Eco Pro or La Bassine Professional Pool and all the accessories you need.
Delivery is included within the Ottawa area around 38 weeks as well as pick up when you are done.
Ottawa Birth was founded by Sherry Trowsse in January 2014. At the time, the business went by Ottawa Doula Services. After 6 years in business, Ottawa Doula Services evolved into Ottawa Birth Stories with the addition of Birth Photography! As a trained childbirth educator and seeing a need for childbirth education courses in the city of Ottawa, childbirth education was a natural next step. Sherry wanted a name that could encompass it all. Doula support, birth during and after birth; education about birth and photography before, during, and the months following your birth. This was when Ottawa Birth was born. Different names, same business.
